Mr. Abrams graduated Georgetown University Law Center in 1996. He holds a Masters Degree in International Relations with focuses on international economics and Middle East studies from The Johns Hopkins University Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and a bachelors in international studies from Johns Hopkins.
